PranoVeda is the vision of a retired Indian Army Brigadier, twice awarded the Sena Medal for Gallantry for distinguished service and leadership.
After decades in the armed forces, the founder embarked on a new mission — building a wellness institution guided by the same values that define military leadership: Integrity, Trust, Accountability, Discipline and Compassionate care.
This transition was inspired by a lifelong belief that true strength depends upon physical vitality, mental clarity and emotional balance.
